My first experience with buying a home went very smoothly. Much in thanks to Monica, she was very easy to communicate with on the phone, text, and with email. She knows exactly what she is doing and how to get things done well, even when unexpected little problems show up; she hammers them out with   her giant realtor-hammer-of-knowledge.
